Bien Centro is looking for pizzaiolo
We are currently looking for a trained pizzaiolo, with experience in Neapolitan pizza making. You must now how to make the correct dough, how to «open» the dough, and how to bake the pizza in a genuine neapolitan woodfired oven. We are making an average of 150-200 pizzas a day, so efficiency is also a must.
