Vi søker etter en kokk som har erfaring fra tidligere fra a la cart, eventuelt buffêt eller instutisjonskjøkken. Vi er interessert i en person som har intetresse for faget og ønsker å yte det lille ekstra. Vi ønsker at personen i rolige stunder skal lage maten og kan pressentere maten ovenfor gjestene våre. For rett person kan vi tiby hjelp til å finne overnattingsmulighet i nærheten til Garsnes. Vi ser etter en person som takler stress, er nøye på hygiene, kommer med ideer til meny og liker å holde arbeidsplassen sin oversiktlig. Fast ansettelse kan sees på etterhvert hvis begge parter trives med hverandre.

Waiter – Sous-Chef – Headwaiter – Cleaning The reception, bar and Restaurant is all in one experience. Where you must be skilled with guest contact and in love of high guest pressure. But also beeing independant and looking for task to complete if it´s quiet. Our new chef must be skilled and uncompromising in his work, and thrive in a performance environment with high demands on quality.
