Looking for a kitchen manager for 1 month
We are looking for a pleasant kitchen manager for a camp season this summer, who is good at organizing young people and adults, and eager to share his enjoyment of food with volunteers, staff and guests.
They serve simple everyday food at a buffet during the events.
The kitchen manager will be responsible for menu planning according to budget, setting up work distribution for kitchen workers, training, food production and that internal control/cleaning requirements are complied with in areas connected to the kitchen and canteen.
The kitchen manager is responsible for compliance with the Food Safety regulations and food labeling, and for those in the kitchen to receive the necessary training.
We prefer C1 level in Norwegian or English for managers who will have responsibility due to the need to ensure good coordination and understanding in writing and orally with the environment.
The summer season will be from 10 June to 10 July, as well as for 1-5 August, with the possibility of an extension. The position is 100% for the period, with the possibility of extension if you are interested in taking on more tasks.

Accommodation: 630.83 NOK/month
Food: Free food on workdays
Salary: 220.00 – 240.00 NOK/h
Average working hours is 162.50 / month
Salary additions
Sunday addition 25.75 NOK/Hour
Overtime addition 50.00 %
Saturday addition 25.75 NOK/Hour
Vacation addition 12.00 %
Night time addition 47.41 NOK/Hour
Evening time addition 13.55 NOK/Hour
National holiday addition 100.00 %
Overtime and vacation money will be paid at the end of the contract.
