SEA KAYAK AND BOAT GUIDE IN EIDFJORD, HARDANGER

Best adventures is looking for a seasonal employee with experience in guiding our sea kayak groups and small groups in a small motorized vessel on the fjord.

We are located in the very heart of Fjord Norway where we have direct access to the most iconic Norwegian nature. We have offered magnificent sea kayak tours for the last 20 years and we are expanding into relaxing, yet exiting boat trips for families. Qualfications:

You must have experience as a sea kayaker, Level EPP2 or EPP3 (or the equivalent from other certifying bodies, ex. BCU)

To lead the motorized boat you must be certified and/ or have a first class degree in Engineeringwith practical knowledge of handling and maintain electrical and fuelled engines.

For both guided tours a completed STCW 95 will be an advantage.

As a person you must be extrovert, like to meet new people every day and enjoy telling stories. As a guide you will share your knowledge and experience of sea kayaking and boating, and all the joys that brings.

You must be fluent in spoken English and some basic German.

Period of employment: Late May 2024 — late September 2024

Conditions: We offer competitive salary according to qualifications, and as an employee in a Norwegian company you will be subdued Norwegian laws and regulations.
