We are looking for Chefs to join our fantastic team in Brasserie8622 in Helgeland
We are hiring experienced chefs to be a part of our team. Do you have a passion for the french cuisine and are looking for something out of the ordinary? Look no further.
ABOUT YOU
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask
- You have minimum 1+ year experience in a restaurant
- You are service-minded
- You are organized, detail oriented and reliable
- You are energetic with a passion for doing a great job.
- You desire to continuously learn, grow and strive to create a positive and fulfilling atmosphere
- You love a busy environment
- You have interest in the French and/or Scandinavian kitchen
RESPONSIBILITIES & MANDATES
- Cook and performance dishes in a timely matter
- Performing preparation duties such as rinsing, peeling, slicing, and dicing fruit and vegetables.
- Weigh and measure ingredients, wrapping, date-labeling and storing food items.
- Following guidelines to ensure correct serving temperatures and adequate portion control.
- Slightly modify recipes to meet customers' needs and request.
- Ensure appealing plate presentation
- Ensure that the kitchen and storage areas remain clean at all times.
