We are looking for you who are genuinely interested in good food, local culture and want to help shape the hotel's food future.
Your duties as a Chef:
Prepare and cook high quality food according to our different food concepts

Follow procedures according to IK food, cleaning and safety

Help the department reach guest satisfaction, quality and profitability expectations
-
Follow routines for organic and requirements-labeled products and source sorting, and help reduce food waste
-
Contribute to a good working environment and collaboration with colleagues in the kitchen and other departments
Qualifications and education:
-
If you speak one of our Scandinavian languages it is a big advantage, but if your English skills are fine and you are an excellent cook is by far the most important to us

Playful, creative and quality conscious – you will have a great deal of freedom to impress our guests every day in a good mood, like to offer yourself and are not afraid to serve your own dishes to the guests when possible we see as a great advantage.
As a Chef you report to the Head Chef, you will work according to a shift schedule and have to expect work in the evenings and weekends.
