Chef, Tyinkrysset Fjellstue
🌲 Join our team at Tyinkrysset Fjellstue! We are currently hiring three full-time chef positions. Two permanent positions and one for seasonal work. One of the two permanent positions is as a head chef and the other position as a chef, both starting asap. The third position is seasonal work as a chef starting approximately mid of june to end of august 2024. All to become part of our small team in the heart of the stunning Filefjell region.
🍳 Who we're looking for: We are seeking passionate chefs who are inspired by the beauty of nature and the art of culinary creation. You should thrive in a dynamic kitchen environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail. We have a lot of local resources when it comes to food such as reindeer, moose, mountain trout, Scottish highland creek and lambs to mention a few. This will always be a key part of what we base our kitchen upon. We use the whole animal and make everything from scratch. If you have a love for crafting delicious dishes from local food and resources and enjoy working in a team, we invite you to embark on this culinary journey with us. You have to be comfortable working days at your own and manage a whole kitchen.

- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to sanitation standards in the kitchen

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
