A restaurant near Bergen is looking for a waiter-bartender

We are looking for an independent a la carte service waiter-bartender with a classic cocktail-making experience and knowledge of wines.

The job entails 40% waiter/waitress tasks and 60% bartender tasks.

It is an exciting job where you get the opportunity to develop yourself.

Work is varying as the company's main focus is on a la carte restaurant and bar, but they also offer catering services.

It is a good opportunity if you are passionate about food and wine.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a waiter and bartender in an a la carte restaurant.

• Proficiency in English language, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with international guests.

• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

• A proactive and team-oriented attitude, with a strong work ethic.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Accommodation: Free. Staff accommodation, you will have your own room with a shared kitchen and bathroom

Food: Free on working days (staff food, 1 time)

Salary: 200.00 – 220.00 NOK/h

Average working hours is 162.50 / month

The approximate salary with normal hours is 215.00 * 162 * 12.00% = 39130.00 NOK before taxes (~25.00)

Salary additions

Sunday addition 25.75 NOK/Hour

Overtime addition 50.00 %

Saturday addition 25.75 NOK/Hour

Vacation addition 12.00 %

Night time addition 47.41 NOK/Hour

Evening time addition 13.55 NOK/Hour

National holiday addition 100.00 %

Overtime and vacation money will be paid at the end of the contract.
