Responsibilities:
- Create unforgettable overall experiences for the restaurants guests
- Prepare dishes in accordance with established routines and profitability goals
- Daily mise en place, lunches, dinners, chef at home and more
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, baking areas, and storage spaces
- Foster a strong collaboration between service, bar, kitchen, and other departments
