Responsibilities Include:
- Creating memorable culinary experiences for our guests
- Preparing dishes according to set procedures and profitability goals
- Catering for lunch, conference dinners, and events
- Ensuring adherence to food handling and hygiene standards
- Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, prep areas, and storage spaces
- Fostering a positive working environment and collaborating with colleagues
Qualifications:
- Strong professional knowledge and experience in kitchen operations
- Fluent in Norwegian or English
- Good understanding of food safety and HMS guidelines
- Efficiency, orderliness, and ability to work well in a team
- Passion for food and commitment to the restaurant's success
