We are looking for a Chef – Specializing in Organic, Vegetarian, and Vegan Cuisine!
Position:
We're on the lookout for a hands-on Chef with a passion for all things organic, vegetarian, and vegan. If you're someone who thrives in the kitchen and loves getting creative with plant-based fare, then you might just be the perfect fit for our team in our cozy cafe/restaurant.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Put your culinary skills to the test as you whip up a variety of dishes using our fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
- Collaborate with our team to develop seasonal menus that showcase the best of what our Gartnerti has to offer.
- Keep things running smoothly in the kitchen by ensuring that all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Take charge of inventory management and assist with ordering supplies to keep our kitchen well-stocked.
- Keep your workstation tidy and organized, making sure that everything is in its rightful place.
Requirements:
- An genuine interest in our concept and a love for food.
- Previous experience working as a Chef, with a keen interest in organic, vegetarian, and vegan cuisine.
- A knack for working with your hands and a passion for creating delicious dishes from scratch.
- Knowledge of plant-based cooking techniques and familiarity with a variety of organic ingredients.
- English Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills – after all, the kitchen is a team effort!
- The ability to keep your cool in a fast-paced environment while delivering top-notch dishes.
- Flexibility to work full-time during our busy season (April – end of June), with the option for part-time hours if needed.
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in!
