Looking for a waiter/waitress for a hotel in Western Norway

A modern conference and leisure hotel located in the heart of Florø is looking for a waiter/waitress with the possibility to upgrade to restaurant manager. The restaurant offers a buffet breakfast and an a la carte menu.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and drinks and is looking for a good guest experience. You are professionally skilled and keen to deliver high quality.

The hotel and its F&B departments are constantly developing, and this is a position with great potential for the right person.

In addition to breakfast service, lunch/meeting service and a la carte, we have several exciting events in our annual cycle; Afternoon tea, themed evenings with food, cocktail evenings, weddings, Christmas parties and other parties.

It is an exciting job where you get the opportunity to develop yourself.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a waiter and bartender in an a la carte restaurant.

• Proficiency in English language, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with international guests.

• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

• A proactive and team-oriented attitude, with a strong work ethic.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Accommodation: 630.83 NOK/month. Room in the hotel

Salary: 220.00 – 230.00 NOK/h

Average working hours is 162.50 / month

Salary additions

Sunday addition 25.75 NOK/Hour

Overtime addition 50.00 %

Saturday addition 25.75 NOK/Hour

Vacation addition 12.00 %

Night time addition 47.41 NOK/Hour

Evening time addition 13.55 NOK/Hour

National holiday addition 100.00 %

Overtime and vacation money will be paid at the end of the contract.
