Looking for an a la carte chef in Skjærhalden
A restaurant with a high level of ambition is looking for an experienced a la carte chef.
The food is made from fresh, local ingredients.
The menu is mainly based on which ingredients are in season and which ingredients are available. This means that the menus vary from season to season, month to month and often day to day.
A lot of events and weddings, concerts, and corporate evenings.
We require a professional approach to work, flexibility, good teamwork skills, and English language skills.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an a la carte Chef in a professional kitchen
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Knowledge of special diets.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A culinary degree or relevant certification
• Driving licence: Class B
Smoking and other drugs are not tolerated!
Working period: 01.06.2024 – 31.08.2024
Accommodation: 630.83 NOK/month
Food: Free on working days (1 time)
Salary: 220.00 – 230.00 NOK/h
Average working hours is 162 / month
Salary additions
Sunday addition 25.75 NOK/Hour
Overtime addition 50.00 %
Saturday addition 25.75 NOK/Hour
Vacation addition 12.00 %
Night time addition 47.41 NOK/Hour
Evening time addition 13.55 NOK/Hour
National holiday addition 100.00 %
