Waitress / Waiter Head of Service

We are recruiting an experienced waitress/waiter, familiar with working in small crew with various work tasks.

You are able to take on the overall responsibilities for the general service level of our front team and help keep control over the daily operation in restaurant. You will work close with kitchen and management.

Start up flexible and at latest mid June (so apply now). 2-3 months duration. Possibilities to extend contract.

You are english speaking as minimum, have relevant experience and are responsible. You have a understanding of effeciency and cost/revenue in the business and you deliver as a positive team member across work departments. You can be a young head but with a calm mindset, you are at good health, a quick learner and familiar with digital platforms. A previous experience in the hotel industry and in this role is mandatory.

Relevant experience from Norway is a bonus. Citizenship of EU or already holding a Norwegian Work Visa is mandatory.

Small kitchen with menu based on local taste with international twist.

Breakfast/ checkouts/ some cleaning or housekeeping when not so busy days. Café and lunch daytime. Dinner service afternoon/ evening. Experience as barista/ with espressomachine is wanted.

International, small and nice team. Local ownership.
