We Are Looking For a chef for an a la carte restaurant South of Norway
A small hotel in the South of Norway is looking for an a la carte chef.
Hot dishes, cold dishes, desserts. conferences, events and weddings.
Requirements:

Relevant experience from an a la carte kitchen

Minimum 4 years experience à la carte

Knowledge about HACCP
-
Proficiency in Scandinavian or English languages
-
Good communication skills
-
Solution-oriented
To be considered for this position, you should have experience working in a professional kitchen as a chef. You should be highly organized and able to work efficiently under pressure.

Working period: 01.06.2024 – 30.08.2024
Accommodation: 630.83 NOK/month – modern house located 2 km from the restaurant with a nice outdoor area and garden.. Shared with 3 pther people. Own bedroom. Kitchen, bathroom and common living area shared.
Food: Free on working days (staff food, 1 time)
Salary: 230.00 – 250.00 NOK/h
Average working hours is 168.00 / month
Salary additions
Sunday addition 25.75 NOK/Hour
Overtime addition 50.00 %
Saturday addition 25.75 NOK/Hour
Vacation addition 12.00 %
Night time addition 47.41 NOK/Hour
Evening time addition 13.55 NOK/Hour
National holiday addition 100.00 %
Overtime and vacation money will be paid at the end of the contract.
